It is an incredibly exciting time for the field of cardiology. While we are faced with challenges of health reform and in managing an ever more complex patient-base, we are working diligently to improve the quality and value of care for patients. We know that the best providers of cardiovascular care are those who not only have the highest levels of clinical skill, but who can also deliver those services in a coordinated and efficient manner across an entire health system.
To that end, we have been most fortunate to foster a clinical affiliation between Care New England and Brigham and Women’s Hospital to assist us in aligning the cardiology resources of our health care system to achieve these goals and to create a regional center of excellence in cardiovascular services.
The expansion of our practice, Brigham and Women’s Cardiovascular Associates at Care New England, represents an important step in that process by bringing outstanding BWH clinical cardiologists to your local health care system in a way that also provides seamless access to Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.
As always, we will provide this care in a compassionate and thoughtful manner that is patient and family centered. To help us achieve this level of care, we have assembled an outstanding team of specialized cardiovascular nurses and technical support staff.
We look forward to serving as your community cardiology resource.
