New England Pediatric Institute of Neurodevelopment
The first facility of its kind in Rhode Island, the Pediatric Institute was established to assess and treat children and adolescents with disorders and disabilities that could impact their ability to learn and develop. We are affiliated with The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and accredited by the American Psychiatric Association.
We are the only area facility working with children from birth up to the age of 21, offering a broad spectrum of mental and neurodevelopmental health services in one convenient location.
The staff of the Pediatric Institute—developmental/ behavioral pediatricians, clinical psychologists, pediatric neuropsychologists, a nurse practitioner and a parent consultant—understands that each child and adolescent is unique, so our assessments are individualized yet comprehensive as we determine how to help your child.
